Turning Point of Marlton

We decided to come here for a family breakfast after a hard weekend. When we entered the staff were all super friendly and included a high chair for our 10 month old. They also provided a coloring sheet and crayons for him to play with. We began with her getting the campfire coffee and I got the blended smoothie plus avocado toast to share. The smoothie was a great blend of fresh fruits where no one fruit overtook the others. The toast was a nice thick piece of toast with avocado and slices of tomatoes with seasonings on it. I ordered the shrimp omelet with mushrooms. What I did not expect was the shrimp to be cocktail shrimp sized. They were large, juicy, and very very fresh. They were worked into the omelet perfectly where the cheese and other meats melted together. The waiter was extremely friendly making sure we and our son were all good on a consistent basis. The only complaint I would have is the men's bathroom had 1 stall and 1 urinal. During a slow period this won't be too much of an issue but I could see it becoming a problem during a rush. That and there was no paper towels only the air dryer. I know this is for environmental reasons but just wanted to state this. Overall it was a fantastic time and food was amazing. I would definitely come back here again.

This is such a cool place as they have a unique variety of entrées. This was my second time and like the first I was not disappointed. So I ordered the shrimp and grits. Now I'm very picky about when it comes to grits. I like them thick and creamy (cooked a long time). Since my server could tell I was apprehensive about the order, she gave me a sample and so that's what I ordered. The shrimp were tender, the grits were thick, creamy and loaded with cheese topped with bacon and fried onions. Whew...it was good!!!

Warning: kale to the king is an addictive drink lol I never come here and not get a kale to the king. It’s well balanced and has no artificial sweeteners which is a massive plus. I love the vibe and food here. The staff is always friendly. Shoutouts to Evan he’s attentive and has a chill vibe. My current fave dish is the yankee shrimps and grits and kale to the king drink. The grits are creamy. The cheese isn’t overwhelming within the grits. The caramelized onions and bacon is a fun play on sweet and salty. And the shrimps are flavorful and supple. Honey the cornbread that’s served with it is soft and moist. Along with its interesting spicy sweet dipping sauce. I love this place it’s decor is very homey and inviting. Treat yourself to some good food.

First time here. After being seated, I notice that my cup was a bit dirty, no big deal, I'll just ask waitress for a new glass. Wife says her water tastes funny, I try and it does taste off. I look at the water jug and 🤮 see all that grime. Yes, it's all on the inside of the jug. The grime in the jug was hard to photograph & google will probably compress the image so know that it's actually worse than what you can see in the picture. Food comes and, I kid you not, there was also food stuck on my unused fork. I've never see such a dirty place since Blue2o.

Not going to lie was a bit nervous about this place at 1st but I’m glad we went. I took my kids for breakfast and we all got waffles (cause that’s what they like) , the server Michael I hope that I spelled it right was amazing. He recommended one of the lattes that was awesome and the cinnamon bun(?) waffle amazing! Sweet but not over the top it’s perfect. Waffle perfect texture. We order the chicle. Tenders without the sauce (cause my kids do t like it and they have sensory issues) both loved it. My kids enjoyed it there and so did I! Again thank you Michael , @Marlton for the recommendations!💜
